Sight
Open TikTok on your phone and type “nature” or “cozy” and let the beauty relax you.
Open YouTube on your TV and search for “fireplace jazz”. Zone out to a lovely scene.
Watch the flickering flame of a candle.
Go outside to the closest natural place; a park, forest, or lake, and just sit and watch nature.
Touch
Make tea or hot chocolate. Feel the warmth of the mug in your hands, as you swallow, and the steam on your face. Stir the tea with a spoon to do something with your hands.
Wrap yourself up in a cozy blanket.
Cuddle with your partner and feel their skin against yours. Or cuddle with your pet!
Smell
Light a scented candle.
Got that hot tea? Lean in and inhale the herbs.
Cook or bake something, filling your home with the aroma of something delicious.
